How It Works

Every client relationship starts with slowing down, asking the right questions, and making sure we understand your business before we say a single word on your behalf.

1. Discover

We start with a 60-minute deep dive into your business - your story, your goals, your audience, your competitors, and what's felt on and off-brand in the past. This is where I ask all the questions other agencies skip.

2. Development

I take everything away and build your strategy. This takes around two weeks — long enough to do it properly, short enough that you're not waiting around.

3. Deliver

We get back together to walk through the strategy so you understand every part of it, not just receive a document. You'll leave the call knowing exactly what to do next. Revisions are included — we don't close out until it feels exactly right.
